Our activities
What we do
InCL-U-DE works across five fronts to make the LIFE Programme understandable, accessible and useful for Ukrainian organisations. These are the project's activities over the 36 months.
Communication & outreach
Nationwide forums presenting the LIFE Programme, its priorities and participation opportunities; regional round tables across Ukraine; webinars, online seminars and info days about new LIFE calls; a YouTube channel promoting LIFE in Ukraine; a regular newsletter; and informative brochures on Ukrainian participation in LIFE.
Training & education
Grant-management workshops, certified online courses for potential applicants, video and text training materials, and two summer schools where participants build a consortium and draft a real LIFE proposal. Supported by the LIFE:UA Hub.
Screening & policy alignment
Assessing Ukraine's needs regarding the LIFE Programme, reviewing national environmental and climate priorities, and developing cross-sectoral recommendations to align Ukraine's priorities with LIFE's goals – led by the All-Ukrainian Environmental League with the Ministry in an advisory role.
Building the LIFE:UA digital ecosystem
The project also creates a bilingual information and education platform, a database of successful projects, and an AI-based partner-search tool. These are described on the LIFE:UA page – they will launch as a separate service.
