About the call
An annual grant for an organisation's core activities - salaries, administration, advocacy, analysis, communication - rather than for an individual project with defined deliverables. This is the most valuable type of funding for the sustainability of a civil-society organisation: it covers exactly what is usually impossible to build into project budgets.
Who can apply
Only organisations whose application for a LIFE 2026 Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA OG) was successfully assessed. An FPA is a mandatory prerequisite.
What is funded
The organisation's work programme for the financial year: operating costs, staff, administration, advocacy and analytical work, communication, participation in EU policy processes.
Conditions
- Indicative annual budget: around €14.5-15 million for all beneficiaries
- Grants are awarded annually following an invitation addressed to framework partners and an evaluation procedure.
