About the call
A preparatory grant for climate Strategic Integrated Projects: preparing an application for a SIP CLIMA, including analysis of the national or regional climate plan the project is to implement, and aligning positions across levels of government.
Objectives
- Prepare a comprehensive, competitive application for a SIP CLIMA.
- Align positions between the national, regional and local levels of governance before submitting the full application.
What is funded
- Analysis of the climate plan or strategy that the future SIP is to implement (NECP, adaptation strategy, long-term low-carbon strategy, etc.).
- Engaging external experts.
- Conducting stakeholder consultations.
- Forming the consortium and defining roles.
- Developing a financial model and a complementary funding scheme.
- Drafting and finalising the full proposal.
Conditions
- Combined budget of all three TA-PP calls: EUR 1 million
- Grant size: small, approximately up to EUR 70,000 - check the topic page for details
- Co-financing rate: up to 60%
