About the call
A preparatory grant for Strategic Integrated Projects in the field of the environment. A recommended path for regional and national public authorities that plan to apply for a SIP in future rounds but do not yet have the resources or experience to prepare an application of this scale.
Objectives
- Prepare a competitive application for a SIP Environment.
- Ensure a high-quality analysis of the plan or strategy that the SIP is meant to implement.
What is funded
- Development of the concept for the future SIP.
- Analysis of the relevant plan or strategy (waste management plan, river basin management plan, air quality programme, etc.).
- Stakeholder mapping and alignment of positions among them.
- Formation of the consortium.
- Building the project's financial architecture, including the complementary funding scheme.
Conditions
- Combined budget of all three TA-PP calls: EUR 1 million
- Grant size: small, indicatively up to EUR 70,000 - check the topic page for the exact amount
- Co-financing rate: up to 60%
- Typical applicant: the public authority responsible for the plan or strategy
