Using the LIFE-U-SPRINGBOARD project as an example, he spoke about developing a project idea and partnership, building a consortium, the role of partners at the application preparation stage and the key challenges that project teams may face.
Successful cases of Ukrainian organisations participating in the LIFE Programme were presented by Yuriy Polyanskyi, EU Projects Manager at the Institute of the City. The speaker focused on practical aspects of working in an international consortium, project management and partner communication, and shared recommendations for organisations planning to join LIFE calls.
