We invite representatives of state authorities and local self-government, higher education institutions, research organisations, civil society organisations, businesses, utilities, protected areas and all potential applicants planning to prepare project proposals for LIFE Programme calls.
The info session will be devoted to the practical aspects of taking part in LIFE Calls 2026 and will be a continuation of the previous event on LIFE Programme opportunities for Ukrainian organisations. This time the main focus will be on preparing the application, assembling the document package, budgeting the project proposal and the experience of organisations that already run successful LIFE projects.
During the info session, participants will learn about:
- the structure and logic of preparing an application for LIFE Calls 2026
- the main sections of a project proposal and the requirements for the document package
- requirements for applicants and partners
- common mistakes when preparing an application
- budgeting a LIFE project proposal: building the budget, cost categories, co-financing and budget justification
- the link between the budget, the work plan, expected results and the realism of the project
- the practical experience of organisations taking part in LIFE Programme projects
