About the project

InCL-U-DE aims to help Ukraine take part more effectively in the LIFE Programme by closing gaps in awareness, capacity and policy alignment, presenting LIFE as a tool for environmental protection, climate resilience and sustainable resource management that supports Ukraine's alignment with European standards. The project creates LIFE:UA, a bilingual information platform with a database of successful projects, an AI-assisted partner search tool, call announcements, guidance on proposal preparation and project management, and online courses, together with the LIFE:UA Hub for information, consultations and methodological support. National forums, regional round tables, webinars, trainings and summer schools build institutional capacity, while expert consultations help applicants develop competitive proposals. An assessment of Ukraine's environmental and climate priorities aligns them with LIFE objectives and EU standards, with the expected result of more and more successful Ukrainian LIFE applications.
